Coach Jane combines over 20 years of teaching experience with her passion for CrossFit to bring a unique and supportive coaching style to Peak Project CrossFit. Since discovering CrossFit in 2010, she’s been inspired by its ability to transform both the body and mind.
Jane's turning point came in 2010 when she was introduced to CrossFit. The combination of physical challenge and mental resilience captivated her from the start, and she found a new sense of purpose beyond the classroom. This passion for fitness led her to join the coaching team in June, where she now uses her teaching expertise to help members learn, grow, and push beyond their limits.
Jane is motivated by seeing her athletes grow in confidence and strength. Her passion lies in building a supportive environment where members feel comfortable tackling new challenges. As both an educator and a coach, Jane finds joy in guiding others toward their fitness goals and celebrating their progress, no matter how big or small. She takes immense pride in being part of the Peak Project community, where every success story is a testament to hard work and dedication.
